The Druthers are an acoustic Roots/Americana/Folk Rock band in the Washington, DC area.

Comprised of seasoned performers with varied musical backgrounds, The Druthers draw on their collective experience in development of their unique sound.

Providing a mix of originals and cover material, you’ll hear influences ranging from Old-time & Bluegrass to Celtic, Progressive Folk to Folk Rock, and Roots Acoustic music to R&B and Blues with a little Cajun thrown in for good measure.

Adding to this are the band’s strong lead vocals and tight two, three, and four part harmonies.
